Pre-sales eCommerce Consultant

The Responsibilities

• Sales support for APAC BD Team (5 people) to get more new clients through insightful deliverables.

• Request for Proposal (RFP) – pre-sales have a detailed knowledge of the 6Ps platform, in addition to its application to business problems. As such, presales are frequently involved in details in RFP preparation.

• Preparation – Tailoring a prospect specific presentation or Service Solution

• Proposal assistance – Involved in the sale stage since the discovery of the prospect business problems, complete the business analysis and technical component of a sales proposal.

• Demonstration – Platform and service capability Demonstration internally and externally.

• Market Insights---Work with Marketing team to study category insights via big data mining for market insights report creation.

• Internal sharing and updating cross team (CS, MKT, DA...)

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/CPG eCommerce consulting is preference;

• Understanding to FMCG/CPG online or offline practices is a basic;

• Super capability of generation for Pre-Sales Material & RFP & Service Solution & Marketing Insight
