Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide network architecture design for customers;

· Provide full-time network management service for customers, focusing on the whole process of customer service;

· In the process of maintaining customers and completing company tasks, must develop overall perception, analysis ability, innovative thinking and multi-tasking ability;

· Must adopt active and voluntary work approach, with outstanding coordination ability, so as to establish and maintain excellent cooperation relationship with customers, suppliers and other key company departments (Sales, Technology Plan, Project Execution, Finance).

· 7*24 Stand By (around the clock) work schedule;

Key Requirements:

·  University graduate, majoring in computer or telecommunication; at least 5 years above work experience in Cisco network, concurrently must have experience in customer service, project management and maintenance, along with the ability to directly communicate with clients;

· At least Cisco CCNP above qualification certification;

· Professional technology and work experience in VOIP and IPT;

· Professional technology and experience in network (WAN, LAN) management;

· Knowledge in network security;

· Work ability in customer service maintenance, business support, project execution coordination, network structure design, service trouble coordination & handling;

· Excellent professional ethics and business sensitivity, plus ability to establish and maintain business relation at different levels; meanwhile must have high level of professional competency;

· Basic knowledge and ability in mobile business application, and cloud service technology aspects;
